Frequently asked questions

Is this a hosted service or a script?

A script. You install it on your own server and run it under your own domain and brand. We do not host it and do not see your data or your clients.

Which licence do I need to charge my clients?

The Extended licence. A Regular licence covers an installation whose end users are not charged. The pricing page explains both and the buy page compares the marketplaces.

What server do I need?

A Linux VPS with 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM and 40 GB SSD for about 15 to 20 concurrent calls; 4 vCPU and 8 GB for 40 to 60. Ubuntu 22.04 or 24.04. Only ports 80 and 443 need to be open. Shared hosting is not supported because the voice gateway needs a long-running Node.js process.

How do I install it?

With Docker: one install script brings up the whole stack with automatic HTTPS. Without Docker: a PM2 and Nginx guide. Both end in a web installer that checks requirements and can resume if it stops.

Which providers do I need accounts with?

Twilio for numbers, calls and SMS; Deepgram for speech-to-text; OpenAI (or Azure OpenAI, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint such as OpenRouter or Groq) for the language model; and a voice provider (Cartesia, ElevenLabs or OpenAI). OpenAI Realtime is optional per agent. Post-call analysis can also run on Anthropic or Gemini.

What does a call minute cost me?

Which payment gateways are included?

Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Paystack, Flutterwave, Mercado Pago, PayU India, Cashfree, PhonePe, Paytm, Mollie, Paddle, manual bank transfer and offline invoices. All are in the base price. Twelve more regional gateways are planned as free updates.

Does it work outside the US?

Is the source code encrypted?

No. You get the full TypeScript source with no obfuscation. The licence check uses a signed licence file and never blocks your clients’ calls; there is a 14-day grace period if the licence server cannot be reached.

How are updates installed?

The super-admin Updates page checks for signed releases and shows the changelog and requirement diff. You download the new zip and replace source/. On Docker you then run one script that backs up, rebuilds, migrates and rolls back if the health checks fail. On PM2 you take a backup and run four documented commands: install, migrate, build and reload. One-click apply from the browser is planned for pre-built installs.

Does it connect to HubSpot, GoHighLevel or Google Calendar?

Yes. HubSpot, GoHighLevel and Slack connectors, Google Calendar and Cal.com booking, and n8n, Make and Zapier templates are included. Anything else connects through the REST API and signed webhooks.

Can agents transfer calls to a human?

Yes, on phone calls. Each agent gets named destinations (a number or SIP address), cold or warm. A warm transfer briefs the person first and they press 1 to accept. If nobody answers, the agent comes back on the line, offers a callback or plays its voicemail message.
